专利摘要:
The cleaning is carried out by spraying a mixture of water and chemicals in three phases. In the first phase the chemicals are mixed with low-pressure water and sprayed over the articles. The second phase consists of disconnecting the water supply and allowing the chemicals to react. The third phase consists of spraying with hot high-pressure water to wash away the chemicals. The low-pressure water is taken e.g. from the mains (1) and flows through a pipe (29) to an injector (12), where chemicals are drawn in through pipes (35) from their containers (31). The mixture is then sprayed over the articles by the spray gun (16). The hot water is drawn from a tank (3) by a pump (5) which delivers it at high pressure to the spray gun.

one
The invention relates to the cleaning of objects and can be used in a vehicle maintenance system for cleaning objects in industrial production conditions 5 and in everyday life.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity and quality of cleaning. Fig. 1 shows a general scheme of the cleaning device; - Fig. 2 - An embodiment of a spray gun with supply lines.
The device has a water supply line 1 on which a float valve 2 is installed to maintain a constant water level in a boiler 3 heated by electric elements 4.
Along the course of the water flow in front of the float valve 2, an additional 20 departs on the low pressure line 5 for supplying water.
Water from the boiler 3 is supplied by means of a high-pressure pump 6 through a high-pressure line 7 to the spray gun 8.
A solenoid valve 9 is built into the low pressure line 5, which through the control switch receives a command to activate -30 the low pressure section.
The low pressure line also has a check valve 10 and an injector II. A check valve 10 separates the high pressure medium from the low pressure medium. Injector 11 is designed as a water jet pump.
Line 12, via check valve 13 and metering valve 14, connects low pressure line 5 by means of LIH 15 to tanks 16 for chemicals. On the branches of the line 15 entering the tanks 16 there are closing solenoid valves 17. A selective multi-position switch 45 for controlling each solenoid valve 17 can be installed in the handle of the spray gun 8 or on the device body.

Line 18 chemicals mixed
In the injector 11 of the low pressure line 5 with water, is fed into line 19 to the spray gun 8. In the handle of the spray gun 8 5 there is a shut-off valve, with the open position of which a spray jet emerges through the spray tube 20 and the nozzle 21.

The high-pressure line includes a high-pressure pump 6, on the suction side of which a line 22 is connected, in which the metering valve 23- is installed. In this line 22, tanks 24 with chemicals can also be located, and remotely controlled solenoid valves 25 are also installed in the corresponding lines of chemicals. Instead of using different chemical backup tanks 16 and 24, chemicals can be provided that by means of a switching valve, the suction line 22 is connected to the suction line 15 of the low-pressure section and there it sucks in chemicals from the tanks 16.
On the high pressure side, a safety valve 26, a pressure gauge 27, and a hydroaccumulator 28 are installed. A high-pressure pump 6 is driven by an electric motor 29.
Check valve 30 separates line I8 and line 7.
Additionally, a low pressure section may be combined with a compressed air section. For this purpose, a tee 31 is installed in line 18, from which a line branches, which is connected to the outlet of injector 33 through a check valve 32. Compressed air is supplied through the connection 34 to the side of the injector 33. On the suction line 35 through the check valves installed in it, as well as the metering valves in the direction CTf) of the Christmas tree 36 suction chemicals.
In the embodiment of the spray gun 8, compressed air is supplied through the connection 37, which passes through the reducer 38 and the pressure gauge 39. The injector 40 for mixing chemicals into the air or water jet is integrated into the handle 41 of the gun. In front of the injector 40, various suction lines 42-44 are placed along the flow path, along which chemicals from the tanks 45-47 are supplied after switching on the corresponding electromagnetic valve 48.
On line 49 compressed air to-. The acquisition of an air shield in the air manifold 50 located in the spray tube 5 1 is urged.
Line 42 is supplied with lines 42-44. The device works as follows.
at the initial moment, chemicals are applied to the object being cleaned by means of low pressure. For this, through a low pressure line 5, water is supplied to a low-pressure section due to the fact that the control switch by means of the solenoid valve 9 is given the command to activate the low pressure section. Injector M creates a vacuum on line 12 and various chemicals are sucked in via check valve 13 from suction line 15.
In the injector 11, the chemicals are mixed with the low-pressure water jet and are fed via line 18 to the spray gun 8.
When applying chemicals by means of low pressure, they are economically applied.
The cleaning at low pressure is switched off after applying the chemicals to the time of the second process step, so that the chemicals can affect the object to be cleaned for a long time.
After that, switching to high pressure cleaning takes place.
The flow of chemicals in line 22 is mixed with the flow of water and is still compressed in the high-pressure pump 6. The jet is strongly compressed via the high-pressure line 7 and is brought through the check valve 30 to the spray gun 8.
By entering into the spray gun 8 both the high pressure lines 7 and the low pressure lines 18
-
it becomes possible with the same gun to deliver both a low pressure jet and a high pressure jet of a relatively small amount.
In addition, the low-45-hour section with the spray gun inlet can be combined from the summer behind the reverse valve of the line with the extract of compressed air.
juice pressure during water movement
Chemicals can be mixed into the spray-Q pistol 8 into the compressed air stream, and the advantage is that the pipelines behind the tee 31 are cleaned by compressed air along the flow through the spray gun and nozzle 21 on the object to be cleaned can be removed with compressed air.

In the spray gun 8 shown in Fig. 2, a jet of compressed air coming out of the air manifold 23 is enclosed as a shell by a jet of compressed air supplied through line 49 in order to avoid too much expansion of the jet of compressed air leaving the spray tube 51 .
The proposed device provides a combination of low-pressure and high-pressure process operations, which leads to an increase in productivity and quality of cleaning.
